New Regime

Yes, it’s the start for a new regime. It’s high time I take control of my life properly and direct it towards a more sustainable living. This means that I will really have to limit smoking and going out for drinks to at most twice a week only and not on weekdays. No, definitely not on weekdays. At least that’s my ultimate goal. Haha!

I’m going to start this week. I’ll try to smoke one or two sticks of cigarette. And only in the evenings, not during office hours. 🙂 After this, I will try to cut down the frequency. Say, don’t smoke every other day. Hehe… Good luck to me! Oh and I wonder if all those nicotine chewing gums or something similar is really effective… Hmm…
