Where is that Black Valentines poster ad from Clear featuring Piolo Pascual? I can’t find it at all… hahaha!
Anyways, I don’t think the concept has ever been used. To my knowledge, it’s the first time that sometime capitalized on this polar-opposite-of-a-concept for valentines. I mean, you normally associate valentines with cupid, red hearts, chocolate, etc. But with what they did, not only did they promote the features of the shampoo, but also took advantage of the season to market their product to men – blacker, shinier hair! Hahaha!
It’s unique and bold, and the company is surely confident in its marketing strategy.
There you go… Be bold with black! =)
